Golden Nugget Kentucky bluegrass is a newly developed variety that is a result of the parental cross of Limousine and the original Nugget variety! Golden Nugget is a dense, ultra-low growing, aggressive type that will truly tolerate low mowing.

Golden Nugget has a medium-dark green color that combined with the low growth habit and high density; make it the ideal kentucky bluegrass variety for home lawns, sod farms, golf courses and athletic fields.

Golden Nuggetis an excellent variety to blend with other bluegrasses, perennial ryegrass, fine fescues and tall fescue.
