Description

Quantum Leap is an extremely versatile bluegrass variety that produces a premium turf quality in the Transition, Cool-Humid and Cool-Arid turf zones. With a dark genetic color equivalent to some of the darkest varieties available, Quantum Leap provides a deep, rich green color even under reduced nitrogen fertilizer rates. In fact, according to the 1996 Medium/High Input NTEP test, Quantum Leap's Mean Turfgrass Quality was equal to Midnight at 2.1-3.0 lbs of Nitrogen / 1,000 sq ft/yr.

Quantum Leap QuantumLeap is an excellent variety to blend with other bluegrasses, perennial ryegrass, fine fescues and tall fescue.
